Our Next Goal – My Freedom
Posted by Shaun
Today Lindsay experienced her first Monday where she didn’t have to go into work for money. She was pretty pumped to not have to wake up to the alarm clock. She really did plan her day today and had a great day doing the things she loved and starting the P90X program. I’m looking forward to the nutrition portion and some of the fitness part. I plan on doing some more running along side Lindsay’s getting into shape. A great side benefit of her freedom!
So what’s next? My Freedom, I cannot wait to join my wife so that both of us do not have to wake up to some stupid alarm clock. It’s also I think when people will actually look at us and take us serious that you can actually be successful in this business. I would never ever put our family in jeopardy and when the time comes to make that decision to step away from my job you better believe I’ll be counselling, thinking about it and making my own decision that’s best for our family. It will be a great decision and one we plan on making Late Fall next year. We will be working hard towards that and 2011 will be an amazing amazing year.
I can vividly imagine my freedom day right down to the last details. What’s awesome about that is we will have at least one child by then and I’ll also be home to spend time with him/her which is one of my biggest goals is to be around with my kids and see every moment of their lives. Its a huge goal and not one many parents can say and it’s worth fighting for. I’ve seen a glimpse of that kind of family with Kyle and Erron where Kyle is a professor for the UofS and he gets a lot of time off because of the school season. He is an amazing family man and is one father I look up to outside of my family. I think everyone could learn a few things from the Andersons. So kudo’s to you guys for raising the family you do.
I want to have that great family life, like I said it’s important to me, it’s worth the fight and we will make it happen. Step 1 was to get Lindsay free, and we’ve been able to do that with this business and the association. Step 2 is to get me free so that we can be together and raise an awesome family.

Groan. This guy lives in another world, doesn't he? I'm embarrased for him, reading this stuff.

At first, he was pretty open and even minded about building the business but as time passed, you could see the transformation into a total amway zombie. The AMO indoctrination really works I guess.
Unfortunately I don't see this happening for him any time in the near future.
And by that I mean ever.
What's really sad is he says he would 'never, ever put his family in jepardy. Unfortunately, he doesn't even realize he's doing that now by being involved with Scamway.
there's a sucker born every minute.
Four people who say 'that's too good to be true'. The classical symptom of an unbeliever, so keep on unbelieving guys for your rewards shall be given you accordingly so don't even dare to expect anything different that what you're getting right now! I'm glad for Sean and his wife and am truly wishing them and likewise those who believe in themselves and in this business to keep up the good good fight for your rewards will be great and greater to come.
Anon @831 PM, why not go and ask Shaun if he really retired or if he's chasing a pipedream?
How about this Mr. Jealous Smarty Pants? Why not ask Shaun that question yourself? Are you afraid of something? I thought that you're the one who has a problem with Amway, not me. Given the zeal and energy you have to run so many childish blogs about Amway, you could have redirected them instead to build a mature Amway business just like Shaun did. Well, good for Shaun so leave it at that!
Hey, anonymous loser from Canada!
What's up? Did you get a better job than janitor at the bank yet?
Can you describe what a mature business is? I suspect Shaun is loing money, especially when he's gotta fly to functions. But yeah, he's "investing" in his business.
LOL
The haters will always say it can't be done. Hundreds of people retire yearly in Amway and the quitters still balk. Thats the difference between winners and losers...Belief it can be done!
Sorry guys you all are the brainwashed, I made almost $100k in Amway this year and the business is booming right now! People just don't listen to negative bloggers like you if they want to succeed.
Quitters have to prove to the world that quitting was the right choice and that is you. Have fun in slavery till you die because you let FEAR control you.
Hi WWDBKevin,
Belief is the key? Really? Hundreds of people retire from Amway? Really? Care to name a few? Greg Duncan? Oh wait, he's in bankruptcy proceedings. Davids Shores? Oh, he lost his home. Where are the Amway retirees? Do they exist or just an urban legend? Making 100K is good for you. How many of your downline are losing money because of the tools you sell them?
Come back and visit. Hopefully you can answer some of my questions.
I call BS on Kevin's 100K from Amway. Prove me wrong!
Yes, WWDBKevin, prove it. Email Joecool a redacted P&L for the fiscal year. Or does FEAR control you?
;-)
---Daniel
BS to the 100k income call. we know anybody who is scamming other ambots to the tune of 100k a year act like they are both too important and busy to stoop to the level of so called internet critics and actually show up here to answer/opiniate. they are too busy "helping" other ambots to create time to look at a critical blog. some do but they will not acknowledge it. so the bottom feeder ambots come out here matching like ants to defend scamway instead of being out there STP. so these seemingly passionate wanna be 100k earners are really 300, 600 pv guys. the are yet to appreciate that critics are real. i won't even bother to ask for a P&L i have no interest to teach you what that is and i know you don't keep one. so go on plant it somewhere and hush.
Hey losers!!! Go and build your Amway business! Stop asking for financial proof that this business works! Why can't you put your asses to work? Are you afraid or lazy to take risks? Any business involves risks but the risks are greater when you do nothing only to find out how much you missed when others did something and did it right! You sound like a bunch of little whinny sissies.
hey SCHMUCK @11:12, people typically don't lose money building a business; THEY LOSE IT IN SCAMWAY! so if you think you're better than anyone who actually lives on planet earth, go build YOUR so-called business and then report back in a few months on any REAL success you have instead of wasting time on here just being the typical lame-sauce and hopless dickhead ambot that makes SCAMWAY the world-class bullshit that it is!
**proud Amway hater**
People typically don't lose money building a business? That's so new to me man, I guess my Grade 10 business teacher was either wrong or she was a downright scammer because she taught us that every business incurs some kind of financial loss throughout it's life cycle. Do us a favor and shut up!
Hi anonymous,
Either your teacher was wrong or you completely misunderstood what was being taught. Businesses have expenses, but all businesses do not incur losses. If they did, nobody would open a business. A business exists to make a profit, not to incur losses.
All businesses do not incur losses? Huh? Are you ok up there? Show me a business please that did not incur some sort of financial loss along the way. Can you?
Anon (from Canada), are all IBOs as dumb as you are? Do you not know the difference between a business expense and a loss?? No wonder so many IBOs fail. They don't kow anything about business.
I am talking about losses here, not about expenses so stop diverting on purpose from this path onto another path. Not all expenses translate into a loss. Apparently, you're the one who is dumb.
Losses are losses. How much did you lose in Amway?
So what's your point? Why don't ask me how much I've made in Amway instead of the other way around? I guess it's because you never believed you could make something in Amway so your losses have been your real faith in Amway. No wonder you focus on losses and ask people about their losses too. When was the last time you've asked someone how much they made from Amway? I guess never! Seeing how far low you've gone, not even a drop of success will change your view of Amway.
How much have you made in Amway?
What were your expenses?
How did your downline fare?
Again, your questions prove that you never believed in this business. You never made it work. So, since you never got results, you beg to ask out of frustration how others did it because it was an impossible business for you. Really, these questions you should have asked yourself while building the business and work on improving/changing what was not working for you or keeping you back. It's nobody's duty to answer how they are personally faring just to justify how you've fared out. That won't make you a believer and in your case it's the farthest thing from happening. As soon as someone tells you that it works for them you call that BS and want proof. Well, the proof is on you. Thanks for your time!
Anon @December 7, this post is not about me. It's about a brainwashed IBO who thought he was going to retire last month, November 2011, but in reality, is probably losing money month after month following his upline's advice. It's sad.
Good grief. What a hideous organisation targeting people with so many underlying issues.I can see it ending in tears. What stands out for me is his need to be seen as 'successful' by other people and be taken seriously and I very much doubt people laughing behind his back at his gullibility and being shunned by his friends is going to help.
Amway/BSMs do another court settlment to cover thier BS..

Ex-IBOs can get some money back!
`Free` from what? What's so bad about working a regular job? I don't understand the difference.
I can hear Mel Gibson shouting "Freedom!"
